Betrayed
Andrew saved his father's life. Why, was his father's betrayal his reward? What if anything can be done to unravel the mess his father had poured down on his shoulders?

Andrew resented having to bail his drunken father out of yet another mess...one he's not ready to divulge just yet but, in doing so, he can win back his heart, his love, the woman who was both of these things, but who was forced into marriage to his father.

Good thought. However, Andrew worships his father. So, they do have a solid relationship. You are getting closer to the answer. Another hint....Skye was not forced into marrige to his father. You see Andrew is the heir. There would be no need for her to marry his father, forced or otherwise....*smile* Again, we have to familarize ourselves with the British aristrocratsy; title is everything(okay, so my dear friend I've given you yet another hint. Don't mix current happenings with the time of yore. You'll get confused*hugs*) This fun. You are getting so warm you're nearly melting.

I've gone over your hints again...I'm no closer...I can't do puzzles very well..I need another chapter!! Let's see...titles...I'm trying to figure out the lineage...sky is married to____ Andrew's father...Skye's true love walked in...not Andrew...no need for Skye to marry for money because Andrew is heir..I'm lost there..she wasn't forced into marriage...so arranged or otherwise, it's consentual...OMG she's a lesbian and inlove withAndrew's sister!!! kidding...there must be a cousin somewhere..those families were so horribly inbred to keep money/titles...nope...I need more!
